Our quality objectives for the 2016/17 financial year are:  

1. Improve patient safety:

Early detection of the deteriorating patient:
Implementation of early warning scores across trust services  

2. Improve clinical effectiveness:

Referrals management
• Improve the quality, timeliness and safety of internal and external referrals 

3. Improve patient experience:

Patient engagement and involvement
• Introduce Always Events in priority clinical areas
