Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust has confirmed the appointment of Professor Fiona Ross to the position of Board Advisor on the trust’s Board of Directors.
Professor Ross began her career in district nursing, before moving to the education sector where her previous roles include Director and Professor of Gerontological Nursing at King’s College London; and most recently Executive Dean and Professor of Primary Care Nursing at Kingston University and St George’s, University of London.
Fiona has extensive board level experience – as a member of the executive of Kingston University and St George’s, University of London; at the Health Innovation Network – where she is Senior Responsible Officer for Education; and the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education – as Director of Research. She is also a Trustee on the Board of Princess Alice Hospice.
In her new role as Board Advisor at Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust, Fiona will provide clinical challenge and expertise to the trust’s Board of Directors.

Professor Ross will commence the Board Advisor role at Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust on Friday 1 August 2014.
