Local people are being encouraged to attend Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust’s public board meetings.
The role of the trust board is to ensure that the trust delivers high quality healthcare and improves the health of the local population - and members of the public are welcome to attend and observe the meetings.
The health trust's regular public board meetings are held at alternate venues in the boroughs of Hounslow and Richmond on different months – and provide local people with an opportunity to find out more about the local community NHS trust and the wide range of health services it provides across both boroughs.
Community health services cover ‘cradle-to-grave’ services that many of us take for granted. The trust’s wide range of health services enable people to be cared for in their own homes or the local communities where they live - helping people to remain independent and where possible supported within their own homes.
The trust's services also seek to prevent ill-health for people of all ages, promote healthier lifestyles and manage long term conditions – such as Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, or diabetes. You can find out more about the services that the health trust provides at: www.hrch.nhs.uk/services
