Hounslow and Richmond Community Health Care Trust is participating in the Capital Nurse Foundation Programme, in association with Health Education England.
The inaugural programme will commence from September 2017 and has been developed exclusively to provide newly registered nurses (within the first 12 months of qualification) to gain on the job experience in a variety of community nursing roles and accelerate their nursing careers.
So if you are about to register with the NMC, or are within 12 months of registering as an adult nurse - you can take advantage of this opportunity to fast track your nursing career.
This programme is open to everyone - even staff already working for HRCH.
The 18 month rotation programme includes working within:
specialist services such as tissue viability, diabetes, intravenous therapy and continence.
During the rotation, participants will be provided with clinical skill development opportunities and will be supported by a preceptor/ mentor in each clinical area.
All participants are guaranteed a permanent Band 5 post in our community nursing teams and will remain as a valued member of the trust.
