Are you an existing AHP? qualifying soon or thinking of returning to practice? We are HRCH and we'd love to talk to you!

We would love for you to join our recruitment event
Come and join us and find out about what we have to offer.

Wed, 14 December 2022, 17:30 – 19:00

The event will consist of short presentations about our various AHP services and the roles we have available. This will be an interactive session for you to ask any questions.

We’re actively recruiting OT's, podiatrists, physios, speech & language therapists and paediatric audiologists who share our commitment to putting patients at the heart of care and want to work in an organisation that also cares about you.

Below are just some of the reasons we believe you should come and join HRCH.

  • At HRCH, our approach is simple: we only want to provide care that we would recommend to our family and friends.
  • We believe in person-centred services, so as an HRCH allied health professional, you’ll treat people, not conditions, using shared decision-making techniques based on the very best evidence.
  • Colleagues often describe HRCH as a ‘family’ and as a smaller community trust, you’ll also benefit from flexibility and be encouraged to make meaningful changes to your service.
  • As an employer of choice, we’ve won workforce awards from the Nursing Times and the HSJ, including being named Best Place to Work for Employee Satisfaction.
  • In last year’s national Staff Survey, we were the top community trust in England for staff engagement and for colleagues feeling like they had a voice.
  • We’re also innovators, pushing the boundaries of community healthcare, such as our rapid response teams who respond alongside paramedics to offer fast, effective support which helps people to remain in their own home.
  • We believe that our frontline colleagues are often best placed to improve services and we support this through quality improvement programmes and initiatives, like our £100K ‘Inspiration Fund’.
  • Our wide-ranging services cover two very diverse London boroughs, with unique challenges and opportunities to develop your practice. And our close partnership with Kingston Hospital creates even more options for career progression and joined-up care.
  • We know that as an AHP, your focus is on personalised care that helps people to keep or regain their independence. When you join our team, you’ll have the opportunity to touch people’s lives every day and follow them in their journey.
  • It’s the NHS at its best and the difference you make is truly tangible.

Patient comments:

“My overall experience was excellent. All the exercises were geared to my individual requirements and needs. I’m leaving with a smile on my face.”

“The care and attention I have received on all visits to me by my therapist was excellent. I have already told my family, friends and neighbours about it!”
