Services in Hounslow
One You Hounslow is a FREE single point of access health improvement service that provides information and friendly support to help Hounslow residents eat well, move more, drink less and stop smoking. It provides expertise on behaviour change, children’s healthy weight and physical activity and appropriate signposting into other local partner physical activities such as Parkrun, Couch to 5K and BetterPoints.
We also provide services for families with children aged 5 -13 years whose BMI are over the 91st centile, called the Change4life Family Programme and a Confident You Programme for 14-19 year olds.
Our health advisors offer personalised recommendations on how to start the fight back to a healthier you. They will provide you with face-to-face, text or email support and FREE access to local resources.

Our stop smoking specialists offer FREE one-to-one support, weekly drop-in clinics in your local area and a wide range of medications available on prescription. There’s no need to make an appointment, simply drop in to one of the clinics.

One You Merton is our local health improvement service for the borough of Merton - which supports local people to stop smoking, lose weight, eat healthily and exercise more.
1. Stop smoking service – FREE sessions for clients wanting to quit smoking, using medication and behaviour change support.
2. Outreach and engagement – promotional events to support local people to make positive changes to their health and wellbeing.
