We provide the majority of NHS community health services for adults and children in the London boroughs of Hounslow and Richmond upon Thames. We operate from a number of different sites across the borough including GP surgeries, health centres, children's centres and council offices. Many of our staff such as district nurses visit patients in their own homes.
We are registered with the Care Quality Commission without conditions with means that the care we provide across all our services meets high standards of quality and safety.
