Find out why NHS community services matter at our annual general meeting (AGM) and health fair on 5 July at Montague Hall in Hounslow.
We deliver a range of community health services to over 515,000 people every year across North and South West London - including community nursing, physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, urgent care/walk-in services, and health visiting.
As part of our AGM and health fair on Wednesday 5 July - we will be hosting a talk on the proposals for council and NHS services to partner to improve Hounslow healthcare known as the sustainability and transformation partnerships (STPs). Local people will have an opportunity to share their views on these plans.
Chairman Stephen Swords said:
“We’re encouraging local people to come along and find out how we are working to improve patient care across Hounslow and Richmond. The event will be a great opportunity to meet the staff who deliver services, ask questions about local health services – or get free health check-ups from NHS staff.
"We will also be hosting a talk on the local plans for NHS and council services in Hounslow and North West London forming a sustainability and transformation partnership STP) - and would like to hear your views on these plans.“
