At Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust, we are passionate about the care we provide to local people. We are taking a fresh look at our organisational values and would like you to be part of their creation. This will help us maintain and improve the quality of the care we provide to patients.
We want to hear about your experiences of what good care looks like which will help us define our values as an organisation. Defining our values will help to provide us with a benchmark for what we stand for as a trust, as well as providing us with a shared and common identity. We consider it an essential piece of work that will help us maintain high standards of customer care and patient experience.
You can get involved and help us to shape our new set of organisational values by attending one of our forthcoming public forums – details below.
