Chief executive Frank Sims will be leaving Hounslow and Richmond Community Healthcare NHS Trust (HRCH) in December 2015 to take up a new role as chief executive of Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust.
Stephen Swords, chairman of HRCH said: “Frank has made a significant contribution to shaping the future of the trust and further developing local community health services - and the trust board and I are keen to acknowledge his achievements.”
“Under his leadership, the trust has progressed to a strong position – delivering high quality services to our patients, building robust relationships with our commissioners and empowering staff to drive key decisions within the organisation. His work has been integral to HRCH being recognised as one of the top 100 organisations to work for within the NHS.
“A formal recruitment process for a permanent chief executive will begin immediately and I have the utmost confidence that our executive team and board will do an excellent job until we are able to announce Frank’s successor.”
