Quality objectives for 2016/17

Our quality objectives for the 2016/17 financial year are:  

1.  IMPROVE PATIENT SAFETY:

Deliver year 1 of our Safety Improvement Plan as part of the Sign up to Safety campaign.

2.  IMPROVE CLINICAL EFFECTIVENESS:

Deliver year 1 of our End of Life Care strategy

3.  IMPROVE PATIENT EXPERIENCE:

Strengthen the involvement of patients, their families and carers with their care and with service improvements and developments.
