Be part of your local community health services

We are applying to become a NHS foundation trust (FT) because we believe this is the best way to maintain and develop local services and make sure that our staff and the local communities we serve have a greater say in how the trust is run.

Membership

If you live in the local area or a neighbouring borough, why not consider becoming a member of our foundation trust?

Membership is free and gives you more say in how your local health services are run. When we become a foundation trust, we will be counting on our members for feedback, local knowledge and support.

Members will receive our quarterly newsletter, and take part in surveys and focus groups if you wish.

If you would like to become a member, you can sign up online or request an application form here.
