We are the NHS trust responsible for providing the community health services for the 425,000 people living in the London boroughs of Hounslow and Richmond Upon Thames.

We provide a wide range of community services for adults and children including community nursing, health visiting, physiotherapy, smoking cessation, neuro-rehabilitation, speech and language therapy and occupational therapy.
